2016 Spring Thaw Preseason Kickoff ClinicA one night preseason training clinic for boys looking to receive high energy, past paced training right as the season is kicking off! This clinic is designed to provide high level of coaching focused on preparing players for the spring lacrosse season! Players will be grouped by age and position and will be competing against each other!
Goalie Coaches ClinicA comprehensive 1 night event that is designed for coaches to be able to coach and train the players who can influence the outcome of a game the most! This clinic will cover everything from the proper fundamentals and positioning to the proper warm up and provide drills that goalies can do on their own and with one other goalie or partner while the rest of practice is doing drills and practicing plays. To take goalies to the next level its important their time is used effectively during practice to get better!
Boy's Preseason Lax AcademyBi-Weekly boys lacrosse training indoors in Englishtown NJ. Skills trained will focus on all skills necessary to prepare for the spring lacrosse season and focuses on getting a reps and skills training! Stickwork, Ground Balls, Shooting, Defensive Training, Dodging and much more. Players can join for all sessions or register for one at a time.
Peseason Faceoff TrainingEvery other Thursday FOGOLax and NJLT have teamed up to bring the best faceoff training in the world to central NJ! Our faceoff players have asked for a regular training schedule with fogolax and in these clinics we will train the skills necessary to dominate the faceoff X this season.
Preseason Team TrainingWhether you are looking for multiple sessions of preseason practices ran by our experienced coaching staff or to get the players together for one session NJLT is the answer to your preseason training needs. NJLT partners with local programs and teams to get players out on the field prior to High School Seasons kicking off the first Friday in March. Youth programs bring NJLT coaches out to a practice or set up a clinic to get our professional staff out to show coaches and players how to properly play and train for the sport of lacrosse!
