Fast Lax is one of the fastest growing versions of the sport of lacrosse.  Players compete in small sided games which are played on shortened fields.  The gameplay is back and forth lacrosse at a fast paced game.  Each game starts with a faceoff and teams clear the ball after every goal similar to playing basketball.  Every player can learn fast lax in just a few minutes.  Games are short so that the action can be as fast paced as possible with short breaks inbetween games.

The rules of the game are similar to field lacrosse but it is played with less players on a shortened field.  Grab a few friends to put a team together to compete in the NJLT Fast Lax Mini Tournaments!  Teams are not required to have coaches and NJLT will provide a sideline coach to keep players moving and be able to address any on field issues like a coach normally woulr.  Spring and summer dates will be released in the coming weeks for fast lax!
