Sessions run weekly – One more Tuesday session in September and then we move to Wednesdays on the turf at Capelli beginning October 4th from 6-8pm.

Last session in Colts Neck 9/26. Sessions move to Wednesday at Capelli sports in Tinton Falls starting 10/4 and will run from 6-7 and 7-8.

NJLT WEEKLY WORKOUT
ELITE WORKOUTS INCLUDE: Shooting, Defense, Goalie, Speed Training, Core Stick Skills. Elite workouts are designed for experienced players looking to work and dial in their skills. These sessions are one hour each and focus on training and getting the maximum number of training reps.
LAX ACADEMY: This session is for players looking to sharpen their oversall lacrosse skills and are newer to the game with less than 2 years experience.
Core stick skills and Elite Speed run weekly. All other sessions run bi-weekly.

Core Stick Skills is for every player. No matter the experience level – ALL players stick skills can be improved. As players move from one level to the next, the game gets faster and stick skills are better.
NCAA players start every practice with passing. This session is all about reps and players working hard will send and receive over 1,000 passes in the hour. Stick skills come from repetition and Core Stick Skills is where you get the reps!
- Players work under the instruction of the NJLT training staff.
- Sessions focus on core lacrosse stick skills.
- Static Passing, Passing on the run, Wall Ball, Feeding
- Ground balls, dodging.
- Ball carrying includes dodging, stick posession, power cradling and more.
- Core stick skills is geared toward players at every experience level. Every player can improve stick skills and each session will build players skills.

Elite Speed Training is for every player. No matter the experience level – ALL players can be faster and stronger runners. Lacrosse has two speeds – players need to be fast and they need to be quick. Fast is the speed players need from one end of the field to the other. Quick refers to their first few steps when engaging an opponent.
- Players work under the instruction of the NJLT Partner Speed and Agility trainer.
- Sessions focus on movement – faster overall speed and quicker initial bursts of speed..
- Form and fundamentals of running are important to have dialed in.
- 2 Sessions run weekly
- Sessions: 9/26 (Colts Neck), Then 10/4, and every wednesday until March in Tinton Falls.

This session is for players who are looking for shooting workouts – just like the pro’s, players need to be working out and dialiing in their skills and shooting is the most imprtant skill in the game.
- Players work in small groups under the instruction of the NJLT offensive coaches
- Sessions focus on shooting harder and more accurate
- Reps, Reps, Reps! The more shots taken the better the players shot will become.
- Workouts are designed to train and develop every shot and place on the field
- Shooting on the run, Time and Room, Inside finishing – everything will be worked on in these sessions.
- Shot placement and field location to train the best places to shoot from and where to shoot the ball on the cage.
- Sessions run bi-weekly

This session is for defenive players (midfielders and long poles) looking for workout sessions. Just like the pro’s – players need be to out dialiing in their skills and a huge part of defense is being in the right spot and reacting the right way to an offensive players dodging – this is done through training.
- Players work in small groups under the instruction of the NJLT defensive coaches
- Sessions focus on positioning, footwork, approach, stick checks and lacrosse individual and team defensive strategy
- Workouts are designed to train and develop proper technique and form for defensive players.
- Footwork and approach are key for one on one defenders to be successful.
- Team positioning and strategy for team defense.
- Sessions run bi-weekly
- Session dates: 9/26, 10/11, then every other week until March.

Workouts are reps sessions and the more shots a goalie faces, the better they will see the ball. This session is for goalies looking for consistent workouts – just like the pro’s, players need to be out dialiing in their skills and goalies making saves is nothing different.
- Players work in small groups under the instruction of the NJLT goalie coaching staff
- Sessions focus on reps – getting more shots and seeing shots from every angle and place on the field.
- These sessions will provide goalies with repetition, training and core goalie skill development
- Workouts are designed to train and develop proper form in cage and develop muscle memory
- Sessions run bi-weekly
- Session dates: 10/4,10/18 then every other week until March.

Academy sessions are set up as instruction based training. Lax Academy is for players who are looking for general lacrosse skills training to learn sharpen their overall lacrosse skills.

- Sessions focus on core lacrosse skills – stick skills, offense, defense, shooting etc…
- These sessions will provide players with a better grasp on the sport of lacrosse and dial in important skills.
- Lax academy is geared toward players with less than 2 years of experience.
- Sessions run bi-weekly
- Session dates: 10/4, 10/18, then every other week until March.

REFUND POLICY FOR WEEKLY WORKOUTS:
There are no refunds for weekly workouts. If a player cannot attend a session there will be a credit applied to a future training session.

No refunds are available for unused monthly pass options.
To cancel monthlty training pass – Log into your NJLT account and cancel the subscirption order. Email [email protected] with any questions or assistance canceling your monthly account.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
No refunds of any kind will be granted in the event of inclement weather during a scheduled NJLT event. NJLT staff will do their best to accommodate any inclement weather situation and attempt to make up disrupted time. Inclement weather is defined as lightning, snow, and ice conditions which render the fields in a condition that is not playable. Rain without lightning, winds, heat and cold are not considered inclement weather situations.
Please check the weather and dress appropriately for all sessions. NJLT is not responsible if fields or parks close due to weather situations and will do our best to reschedule any missed time.
SCHEDULE CHANGES:
No refunds will be granted in the event that NJLT needs to change the schedule of our events for any reason. Schedules are subject to change and if changes in schedule cause players to not be able to participate then a credit to future camps and clinics will be issued.
