NJLT Refund Policy

Cancellations prior to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start date will be issued a refund and will incur a $25 administrative fee or a credit in the full amount toward future NJLT camps or clinics. Credits not applicable to private lessons.

Cancellations in the 2 weeks (14 days) leading up to the start of a camp or clinic will be issued a credit for future NJLT camps or clinics.  No refund will be provided for any cancellation within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start of a camp or clinic.

With the exception of injury or illness, once a camp or clinic has started there is no credit available.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

No refunds of any kind will be granted in the event of inclement weather during a scheduled NJLT event. NJLT staff will do their best to accommodate any inclement weather situation and attempt to make up disrupted time.   Inclement weather is defined as lightning, snow, and ice conditions which render the fields in a condition that is not playable.  Rain without lightning, winds, heat and cold are not considered inclement weather situations.

Please check the weather and dress appropriately for all sessions.  NJLT is not responsible if fields or parks close due to weather situations and will do our best to reschedule any missed time.

SCHEDULE CHANGES:

No refunds will be granted in the event that NJLT needs to change the schedule of our events for any reason.  Schedules are subject to change and if changes in schedule cause players to not be able to participate then a credit to future camps and clinics will be issued.

COVID-19 Update – No refunds will be issued for any issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  All requests for changes will be in the form of a credit to future NJLT camps, clinics and events.

No refunds for private lessons will be provided for any reason.  In the event that lessons are not used, the amount paid may be transferred to a credit toward camps and clinics.  Unused lessons in a lesson pack will become a credit if not used within one year of purchase date.

Our lessons are scheduled 12 months per year weather permitting.  If your lessons did not take place at your desired time, you will be able to schedule lessons at any future time with the NJLT lessons coaches.

Cancellation or reschedule for private lessons may be made up to 24 hours before the start of a scheduled lesson. Any cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled private lesson will not be considered for future credit use unless due to inclement weather. Any cancellation or “no show” without notice will forfeit all monies paid and if interested in rebooking a lesson will need to do so and pay in full.

In the event of inclement weather as defined above, your NJLT coach will reach out to you the before a scheduled lesson to discuss rescheduling or another plan for the session. If your coach does not reach out, consider all lessons on as scheduled.

Pro-Rate Policies

If players can not make a clinic session due to a predetermined reason, players will receive a credit from that session if parents follow the below:
1. Email [email protected] at least 24 hours before session(s) notifying NJLT that your son/daughter will not be attending.
2. Email [email protected] within 48hours after the missed event to confirm that your son/daughter did not attend the session and NJLT will email you a coupon code for the pro-rated amount of the missed session.
Note – To find the pro-rated amount, subtract the $25 registration fee and divide remaining amount with the duration of days for the clinic. For example: If a player is going to miss one session of a 5 day clinic that costs $225 to attend, the prorated amount supplied in a coupon code applied to future NJLT events will be $40. Total clinic cost is $225 – $25 registration costs = $200. $200/5 sessions = $40 per session. The player would receive a $40 credit toward future NJLT events.

Our Pro-rate for missing a session is only available in the event of a pre-arranged scheduling issue. Pro-rate credits are not offered for players missing sessions due to illness, injury or inclement weather when sessions run as planned. In the event that a player is injured during an NJLT event they will be issued a credit to future events.

Refund Policy:

No refunds or credits will be issued for players who have registered to play with Team NJLT and do not participate.  Whether paying in full or on the monthly payment plan, the commitment to the full team registration price is made at the time of player registration.  Deposits and installment payments for NJLT Elite are non-refundable.  If a player is registered on a monthly payment plan and elects to depart the team prior to making the final monthly payment, the responsibility for the balance of monthly payments are due on the original schedule.  Deposits and installment payments for NJLT Elite are non-refundable. Registrations that become more than 60 days delinquent will be sent to our partner collection agency to collect the balance due.  No exceptions.

Player Injury Policy:

In the event that a player incurs a season ending injury participating in an NJLT practice, tournament or event and will miss more than four tournaments, a 25% credit will be issued to participate in the following seasons NJLT Elite teams or can be applied camps and clinics.  If a player is medically cleared for play to participate in 3 or more tournaments, there will be no credit issued.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from NJLT Lacrosse again, just sign up as you did the first time and NJLT Lacrosse will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
