Training Highlights

Position-Specific Training Days

f

Offense Training

9:00 – 10:30 AM

Offensive players will train to become stronger scorers. Sessions include high-rep shooting drills, dodging mechanics, footwork breakdowns, and decision-making under pressure. Athletes will work on creating separation, finishing from multiple spots on the field, and scoring in high-intensity, game-like situations.

Defense Training

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Defensive players will focus on shutting down their matchup with a detailed emphasis on fundamentals. Training covers defensive stance, approach angles, controlled footwork, and body positioning in one-on-one scenarios. Players will also work on slides, recoveries, and building the confidence to dictate play against top-level opponents.

Goalie Training

1:15 – 3:15 PM

Goalies will focus on developing quick hands, faster reaction time, and smarter positioning in the crease. Through live-shot scenarios, footwork drills, and situational training, goalies will improve their ability to track the ball, anticipate shooters, and increase save percentage.

f

Speed and Agility Boost

For athletes who want to take it even further, we also offer an optional one-hour Speed & Agility add-on. This extra session is designed to enhance explosiveness, lateral quickness, acceleration, and overall conditioning — the traits that give players a true edge when the game is on the line.
