Year Round Opportunities
Goalie School runs for seven training sessions each year, offering multiple opportunities for players to join. Each session has its own focus and includes a different gameplan. Skills trained are seasonally appropriate and prepare players with the tools necessary to grow their game and compete.

Who is Goalie School designed for?
NJLT Goalie Training welcomes goalies at all levels — from players new to the position to those competing at high levels. Whether you're building base fundamentals or refining advanced skills, our program adapts to your current level and pushes you forward.
How does the split-level track system work?
Each session starts with core skills before splitting into Level 1 and Advanced tracks. Drills are adapted within each group so every goalie is challenged at their own level and pushed to improve. The Spring session features separate time slots: Level 1 Goalies 5:00–6:00 PM and Advanced Goalies 6:00–7:00 PM.
How many sessions are there and how are they structured?
Goalie School runs for seven training sessions each year. Each block is 4 consecutive weekly sessions. Sessions are offered year-round — Summer, Fall Session 1, Fall Session 2, Winter, Preseason, Spring, and Midseason (Spring) — each with its own focus and gameplan. Skills trained are seasonally appropriate.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor sessions?
Outdoor sessions (Summer, Fall Session 1, Spring, Midseason) are held at Cedar Drive Middle School in Colts Neck NJ and cost $175. Indoor sessions (Fall Session 2, Winter, Preseason) are held at Ivy League in Manalapan NJ and cost $190. Indoor sessions have limited enrollment — register early.
