Who is Shoot 2 Score designed for?

Shoot 2 Score is open to players with experience in grades 2 through 12. It is designed for players who already have a foundation of lacrosse fundamentals and want to take their offensive game to the next level. Athletes with prior experience will benefit from advanced training focused on shot power, accuracy, and scoring under pressure.

What results can players expect?

Players average a 5.7 mph increase in shot speed over the course of the sessions. The highest recorded improvement is 14 mph — from 68 to 82 mph. We stand by our process: players who commit to the training will see gains in their shot speed.

How many sessions are there and how are they structured?

Shoot 2 Score runs for seven training sessions each year. Each session is 4 consecutive weekly training blocks. Sessions are offered year-round — Summer, Fall One, Fall Two, Winter, Preseason, Spring, and Midseason — each with its own registration link.

What is the difference between indoor and outdoor sessions?

Outdoor sessions (Summer, Fall One, Spring, Midseason) are held at Cedar Drive Middle School in Colts Neck NJ. Indoor sessions (Fall Two, Winter, Preseason) are held at Ivy League in Manalapan NJ. Indoor sessions have limited enrollment — register early to secure your spot.

Why choose Shoot 2 Score over other shooting clinics?

Yes — and we highly recommend it. The Boys Lax Academy and the Summer Camp are complementary programs. Academy sessions build technical skills throughout the year; Summer Camp (June & July, grades 2–12) provides a full 4-day competitive experience. Many players do both every year.
