The NJLT Roots Program is designed for young, aspiring lacrosse players in 1st – 4th grade who are looking to advance their game. This program builds a strong foundation in fundamental skills like stick handling, passing, shooting, and game awareness through core drills and small-sided games.
With a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building, the Roots Program offers a fast track to advanced levels of play. By starting with the right foundation, young athletes are set up for smooth progression into higher-level NJLT programs, ensuring future success on the field.
This event is for players who are of any experience level. The focus of the training does not matter about the players abilities around you. Players are broken down by experience and grouped according to their skills and abilities so that opens the registration to all players.
Players in the advanced bracket are strong players who have experience and are regularly practicing, playing and developing their skills.
This event would is for players who have the skills to play and have experience.
This will be a great clinic for players who are new to the sport or who do not have a lot of experience and want to sharpen their skills.
Intermediate level players have experience playing and can pass/catch. Intermediate players and have the ability to play the game and are looking to sharpen their skills.
This will be a good clinic for players who are newer to the or have some experience but would like to develop their fundamental skills.
