Shot Speed Training
Elevate Your Game with Shot Speed Training
Goal number one is to get all players to increase their shot speed. This is achieved through fundamental skills development, shooting form refinement, and optimizing body rotation. Often, players come to these sessions with bad habits formed through informal shot training and skill development. Our focused training sessions guarantee an increase in shot speed for all players. On average, participants see an increase of 4-5mph per session. Our record improvement is by a high school junior (committed to NCAA Lacrosse), who increased his shot speed from 76mph to 92mph! Shooting is all about proper form, and NJLT takes players’ shooting to the next level.
Shooting Accuracy Training
Master Precision with Shooting Accuracy Training
“It does not matter how hard you can shoot if you cannot hit the broad side of a barn!” Without accuracy, even the hardest shot is ineffective. At NJLT Sniper School, we teach players how to shoot with precision and accuracy. Through dedicated fundamental skills development, we ensure players can place their shots exactly where they intend. Accuracy is as crucial as speed, and our training sessions will help you master both.
Comprehensive Lacrosse Skills Training
Complete Your Skill Set with Comprehensive Training
While shot speed and accuracy are paramount, they are just part of what it takes to be a top-tier sniper on the field. Our sessions cover a broad spectrum of essential lacrosse skills, including dodging, shooting on the run, inside shots, finishing, and more. NJLT provides a holistic approach to offensive training, ensuring players are well-rounded and capable of performing under various game conditions.
Whether you need to increase your shot speed, enhance your accuracy, or develop a full array of offensive skills, NJLT’s specialized training programs are designed to help you reach your highest potential on the field.
