Weekly Workouts:
- Position-Specific Training: Weekly workouts are focused on helping players become experts in their specific position. These sessions emphasize repetitive training, positional drills, and techniques tailored to the demands of each role (e.g., attack, defense, or goalie).
- In Season Vs Off Season Curriculum: Session timing during the year dictates what athletes will be focusing on. In the offseason the goals will be longer term growth on high level topics. In the season or in the preseason it will be maximixing the player development with drills/skills that will have the greatest impact on a players game in a short period of time.
- Progressive Development: With sessions held over an extended period, players have the chance to build their skills gradually, honing their expertise week by week.
- Long-Term Mastery: The goal of weekly workouts is to provide athletes with in-depth training that leads to mastery of their position through consistent, structured practice.Additional Information and Registration
