Five 1-Hour Training Sessions

Location: Outdoor field
Lessons are tailored to individual player needs but generally follow below schedule:

  • Lesson One – Benchmarking Skills, Determining Goals, Fundamental Position Training
  • Lesson Two – Walking the Arc, Angles, Stance, Form, Spot Saves
  • Lesson Three – Proper Warmup, Outside Shots, Bounce Shots, Angle Shots
  • Lesson Four – Quick Warmup, Inside Shots, Challenge Shots
  • Lesson Five – Skills Recap, Previous Sessions Review, At-home Training Drills, Comprehensive Spot Saves

Practice training at home is expected between sessions.
