EARLY CAREER
Founder and Director: Dennis Mann
Founder and Director Dennis Mann began his lacrosse career in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, a prominent lacrosse hub known for its elite players and teams. Mann left a significant mark at Haverford High School, where he became one of the most decorated players in the school's history.
COLLEGE CAREER · WIDENER UNIVERSITY
College Career and Contributions
At Widener University, Mann achieved remarkable success, scoring 149 goals with a shooting percentage over 60% and accumulating over 200 points during his college career. He was honored three times as an All-Middle Atlantic Conference Attackman, leading the Pioneers to three MAC Championships and NCAA Playoffs. To this day, he remains one of Widener's top goal scorers.
CAREER & CONTRIBUTIONS
From Classroom to Coaching
After graduating, Mann began his professional career as a teacher in Media, Pennsylvania. He served as the Offensive Coordinator and Goalie Coach for the Garnet Valley High Jaguars (#6 in the state) before moving to Hillsborough High School in New Jersey. There, Mann earned his NFHS Lacrosse Coaching Certification for New Jersey. Following four seasons of teaching and coaching, he joined Universal Lacrosse Company.

Mann has devoted countless hours to private lessons, small group training, and consulting with local youth high school and collegiate teams. His approach to coaching is rooted in his teaching background, ensuring that every lacrosse lesson at NJLT is as thorough and impactful as a classroom lesson. Mann personally selects and trains each NJLT coach to ensure the highest level of training for every player who steps onto our field.

Dennis Mann is the Founder and Director of NJLT.
